An effective soluble degreasing powder for catering applications.

Ideal for degreasing of deep fat fryers, brat pans and other kitchen utensils.
Removes carbonised oils and food residues. Powder formulation for easy dosing.

Suitable for use within catering establishments and professional kitchens.
For heavy duty use dilute 125gm powder per 5 litres of water. For general cleaning dilute 65gm per 5 litres of water.
