Using a conventional mop to apply polish can lead to uneven coverage, heavily 'puddled' areas which don't dry evenly and 'mop marks' left in the final finish. It is far better to apply thin, even coats which dry quicker and leave a much finer finish to the floor. The flat mop system allows you to do this easily, by pouring a small amount of polish directly onto the floor and spreading it evenly and thinly. The width of the mop also covers the floor area quicker.
Being a water based product, once used the mop heads can be hand or machine washed and used again, or, if you are polishing another floor tomorrow, wrap and seal the mop in a plastic bag and it will be ready for use in the morning. |
